Power button doesn't work

I just got a new Theragun Mini and have it fully charged, but pushing the power button to turn on doesn't do anything. I have held it down for longer periods of time to try and still nothing. Has anyone opened one of these up yet? I'm thinking the power button is either junk or misaligned inside.
