clicked the power+volume up+volume down and I cant get it to restart
help i cant get it the phone to turn on

If that has not worked the only solution might be to factory reset your phone.
1. With your device powered off, press and hold the Power/Lock and Volume up buttons simultaneously until the Android Recovery screen shows up
2. Press the Volume down button until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted, then press the Power/Lock button.
3. Press the Volume down button until Yes is highlighted, then press the Power/Lock button to begin the reset process.
4. When the Android Recovery screen displays again, ensure that Reboot system now is highlighted then press the Power/Lock button.

yeah but i just have a blue screen when i held power+volume up+volume down and i had a blue screen and i cant get the recovery screen to show

@taniesha check the No - Power situation for the Samsung if a restart does not work. Follow the flowchart and use the search function of your PDF reader to find the components to check in the PDF file attached
Update (09/17/23)
@taniesha you may have to flash your firmware with Odin or similar. Check on something like this
