1 Why is my refrigerator not cooling properly?
Repair man replaced the compressor. Both are cooling better but the refrigerator is now cooling to 43 F and the Freezer is at 13 F and barely making ice.

Is the compressor running continually trying to get both the temps down to the set temperatures of ~39°F and 0°F?
