@roquegomez first you want to make sure that charger works properly. Measure it's voltage output and compare to that what it is supposed to be. Next check your charging cable. Make sure it does not have any bend, broken, corroded or otherwise damaged pins. Now clean your charging port. A few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air will clean it up.

If your JBL Party Box still does not charge., it is time to open it up. Then check/replace the battery and check for proper voltages on the charging port where it connects to the circuit board. Not the greatest of all videos, but it may still work as a guide for you to work on your JBL. If you come across things that look "odd" post an images of it with your Question. That way we can see what you see.
