Want to ask a question about dualshock 4. Is it normal if there is rattle sound in lower left when shaking dualshock 4?
All functions is normal too. Please can anyone test your dualshock 4 to confirm is it normal or not? Thank you.

There's no need to worry- especially if the controller is fully functional. My own controller makes the same sound. My suspicion is that it's just a part of the rumble motor being jostled around. I've attached an image below from this guide and marked it for your reference.
