Bluetooth Windows 11 not working

I have updated all drivers and completed all windows updates. And uninstalled Bluetooth driver and reinstalled. Still won’t show Bluetooth driver as being satisfied. Has the little yellow triangle icon on the bluetooth radio in device manager. It’s my last error on my PC build and I can’t seem to get a fix for it! Need some help. Shows no Bluetooth option when I click on wifi on bottom right of task bar.

Update (06/19/23)

Was able to get it resolved late last night with Microsoft Windows Tech. Basically it showed a generic Bluetooth adapter/radio. I had to go to Asus website and download the driver for a AMD Bluetooth Radio. Once we extracted that zip file I was able to clear the error message on Bluetooth after restart and the option to enable/disable Bluetooth appeared. For the purposes of this issue if others have it. The error was "Code 43" no radio detected. Model of motherboard is ROG Strix X670e-a Gaming Wifi. Also noticed my PCI's in device manager had a yellow triangle error. So at same time we downloaded the chipset driver's and cleared those up.

Hi @levihawkins,

What is the model number of the motherboard?

What is the error message being shown in Device Manager>Bluetooth> right click on bluetooth adapter entry > Properties >General > Device Status box?

  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver: If updating the driver doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver:
    • Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand the Bluetooth category.
    • Right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Uninstall device.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
