@joaquinhh Awesome! Looks like the right and left side are separate. Test the points as I marked on the image. There are a few that I could not find on your board. It is a busy board with lots of components and small writing ;-) Besides the points I've marked, VGH and VCOM would be good to measure, If you can find those go ahead and measure them.
All the voltages will be DC voltage and you will have to have your TV on. If it does not start. Remove the two ribbon cables that go to the side of your TV where the error is. Try it without those.
With all ribbon cables connected, check the voltage. Place the Black probe of your multimeter on ground and use the red probe to test the points, Write down that voltage.
Then remove one side (two ribbon cables and do the same measurement again.
Now reconnect those two cables and disconnect the other two. MEasure again.
You should have three sets of measurements. They should all be the same if the board is ok.
The components that I marked with an arrow and wrote voltage, just check for voltages on those the same time you do the other measurements.
There are 3 fuses on your board. Measure the voltage to those and measure them for continuity, to make sure they are okay.
Let me know what you find out or if I can clarify things better. I am not always to best communicator :-)

@joaquinhh ¡Impresionante!
Si no arranca.
Vuelve a medir.
