here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the power supply: Make sure that your computer is receiving power and that the power supply is working properly. Try plugging in another device to the same outlet to see if it works.
  2. Check the monitor: Make sure that the monitor is properly connected to the computer and is turned on. If the monitor is not receiving a signal from the computer, it may go into Power Save Mode.
  3. Check the computer's settings: Make sure that the computer's power settings are not set to put the computer into sleep mode or hibernation after a certain period of time. You can check the power settings by going to the Control Panel > Power Options.
  4. Check for software updates: Make sure that the computer's software is up to date. Sometimes software updates can fix issues with Power Save Mode.
  5. Check for hardware issues: If none of the above solutions work, it is possible that there is a hardware issue with your computer. Check to see if there are any loose connections or damaged components inside the computer. If you are not comfortable opening up your computer, take it to a qualified technician for repair.

Note that the Dell OptiPlex 780 Small Form Factor was released in 2009, so it may not be compatible with the latest software and hardware. To get out of Power Save Mode on your Dell OptiPlex 780 Small Form Factor desktop computer, try the following steps:

  1. Press any key on your keyboard: Sometimes simply pressing any key on your keyboard will wake up the computer and bring it out of Power Save Mode.
  2. Press the power button: If pressing a key does not work, try pressing the power button on your computer. This should bring the computer out of Power Save Mode and back to the desktop.
  3. Check the monitor settings: If the above steps do not work, check the settings on your monitor. Some monitors have a Power Save Mode that can be turned on or off. Check the monitor's manual to see how to turn off Power Save Mode.
  4. Restart the computer: If none of the above steps work, try restarting your computer. This should reset the computer and bring it out of Power Save Mode.

If none of these steps work, it is possible that there is a hardware issue with your comp
