Hi,
Did you "unmount" the SD card or were the phones switched off before you removed/inserted it in the Samsung phone or the other Android phone?
If not the card may be corrupted.
Try formatting the SD card in the Samsung phone and see if it now works.
Doing this will erase any data you had on the card but it can't be read anyway so if it works at least you will still have a working card
