those lights blink 3 times then stop blinking the battery light is red

Hi,
Disconnect the charger if connected and then remove the battery from the laptop and then plug in the charger to the laptop and check if it turns on OK
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Go to p.35 to view the procedure to remove the battery pack.
If it turns on OK then the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Search online for 121500171 to find suppliers that suit you best.

it doesnt work there is no light the blinkers dont even light up

Check that there is 20V DC at the output plug of the charger.
If the charger isn't supplying enough voltage it can't charge the battery or turn on the laptop.
If the charger's output is OK then it looks like it needs a battery inserted to power on. Was worth a try as a lot of laptops will work without the battery inserted when the charger is connected..
The laptop will need to be opened and tested further as to what the problem is

You would need to use the schematics for the motherboard and start checking the power supplies on the motherboard.
if you can't read schematics contact a reputable, professional laptop repair service and ask for a quote to repair the laptop.
oh wait it just turned white should i come back and ask u if the pc turns on ill let it charge for an hour

thats the thing it was red for a long time but one time it lit up said something error choose something then before i read it quickly shut down
