Thanks for your answer but I really need step by step instructions on how to carry out the replacement. What tools I will need and stuff like that as well.

If you don't have any experience (micro)soldering your best bet would be to find a replacement part if it isnt soldered on to the motherboard, if it is, you probably want to take it to a repair shop... Soldering a USB port with no experience is no easy job
