Luke Kostesky can you explain that a bit more. Really not sure what you are referring to. If nothing else, post some pictures of what it shows so we can se what you see. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente

What is the model number of the TV?

Has it worked OK before and this is a new problem or has it always been there e.g. new TV?

Have you checked if the TV is in "demo" mode?
