You can use this tutorial to install the printed piece. I printed and installed successfully!

I've posted this as an answer as I can't edit the OP post. I too had this happen and am looking for a fix that isn't super glue here are some pictures.

These are some pictures I took of mine torn down.
As shown in a couple of the pics, I found the part that was damaged on my set and it's not repairable but it is defineitley replaceable.

Steven, where were you able to find replacement parts for that piece? Mine broke in exactly the same spot.

I found it on eBay - Sony WH-1000XM4 Hinge Swivel

If you have a 3D printer, this might work for you; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:560053...

That's fantastic, thank you!

Hi its hard for me to tell but is Steven's ( and subsequently your broken spot) the same as the OP's, If so did the 3D print work? I have the opportunity to print, however it will take serval weeks.

This worked for me! You can mirror the part in cura if you need it for the left hand side. The same channel as above also has a video for replacing that if anyone sees this. Mine was the right hand side though.

Had it fixed in a matter of a few hours because of this page. Thanks everyone!
