someone says that you need to press - and the ... and power but i am not sure it will work.

i reseted my bios without opening deck make sure your bios is latest and press and hold ... and minus and power you wil see the device beep or hear and then again you will see the light from power cable like couple of times and then it will boot and bios is reset
