Are all the hazard lights working OK i.e. left side and right side?
There is no separate left side turn signal relay.
There is only one relay and it is used for the right turn signals, left turn signals and the hazard lights.
Here's a video that shows where the relay is located.
It may not be the relay that is the problem. It could be the multi-function lever connection on the steering wheel when it is operated for the left turn signals or the wiring between it and the relay that is the problem.
