The video you posted is not working.
What is the model number of the PC?
What happens when you try to access BIOS?
If Win 10 is installed have you tried to enter UEFI BIOS via Windows?
To access the BIOS when Windows is loaded:
Click the Start button, click the power icon, and then hold Shift while you click “Restart.”
Once it restarts the menu options to select are Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings. You should then be in BIOS
