I have a Beko DTGC8011W tumble dryer and the capacitor has failed. I have got a replacement one, however after watching various videos, and opening up the side panel, there is no capacitor that can be seen or got at.
There are no other inspections panels or anything else that I can see.
Has anyone else come across the same issue, or can advise where the capacitor is located?

Usually start/run capacitors are mounted close to the motor.
Was this one of the videos that you looked at?
Has the dryer got a bottom panel or is it open underneath? You may be able to get to it that way, just an idea.

That is one of the videos I watched, but I do not have an inspection panel on the back of the dryer
Is the dryer cabinet fully enclosed or is it open at the bottom?
You may have to lift it to see if you can access the motor (and hopefully the capacitor) that way

I've done one today, take the side panel away, there's one screw underneath, after the obvious ones then slide the panel out and you have a silver box at the top, one screw and push and you slide it back to see the capacitor
