Power Adapter losing voltage after plugging in
Hello,
I have a Pavilion 24 all in one. It will not turn on or show any signs of power. I tried the 10 sec power button thing, pulled off the battery, connected a second power adapter and still nothing. I believe its a short in the motherboard since after unplugging everything and remove ram and CPU I get a voltage drop from 19v to .5v on the power adapter right after I plug it into the MB. Has anyone seen these results with bad MBs?

What is the full model number of the AiO PC?
Also what is the make and model number of the motherboard as perhaps the schematics may be needed?
