Both airpods together wont work, but both works for them self

Hi,
I' got some old airpods for free. But If try to connect with both airpods in the case it wont work, and the light is blinking orange, all the time, even when I press the "reset" button. But if I remove one airpod and press the "reset" button, I found it on my mobile.
One with some name like "xxx airpods", if I do the same with the other in the case it founds that one with some strange name, like "3xsdfjsdf jsdflk sdfsd... " and on my mobile I can choose between them, but only one at time will work.

Does anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
