If I ordered an oem battery for OnePlus 7 pro can you install it and how much for installing battery?

ifixit does not do repairs.
It sells tools and parts for phones (Apple and some Android models), Mac laptops etc (click on the Store icon at the top of the page) and also hosts this forum where you can get advice on how to repair a device yourself.
Here’s the ifixit OnePlus 7 Pro Akku tauschen guide that shows how to do this.
ifixit also sells a battery for the phone. (Note the shipping restrictions that apply)
