Can the glass of the screen be replaced?
I broke only the glass of the display. Is it possible to replace this? I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

Well, not really… Apple designed the display so its not serviceable. The LCD panel is not available as a spare, only the full display assembly.
We don’t have a guide yet but from what we have seen the 14” display setup is very similar to this Reemplazo del ensamblaje de la pantalla de MacBook Pro 13" 2 Puertos Thunderbolt de finales 2020 sadly the availability of parts on the open market will be at least 4 to 6 months out and they will be pricy!
Your only hope here is getting your system to Apple for repair - Sorry ;-{
