G933 not charging battery
My G933 headphones won't hold a charge but work if plugged in. Anyone know how to fix this?

@lordofthesewers “headphones won't hold a charge but work if plugged in” replacing the battery will most likely resolve this. Not the greatest of all videos but it’ll show you how to get to it at the 3:00min mark.

@lordofthesewers , have you tried a hard reset? If not, give this a try and see what happens.
1. Connect your G933 headset to USB power.
2. Now on the mic side, remove the side plate carefully so the internet structure is bare and visible to you.
3. Now take a small pin and locate the hardware reset button. Press and hold for around 2 seconds.
4. Now repeat the two second press twice. The headset will now be reset. Try connecting it again with your computer and see if the issue still persists.

@krisrodriguez Yea I've done all the reset stuff and connected it to a computer to update

@lordofthesewers Darn, I was hoping that would have done the trick. If you've updated all your software and done a reset. It could be the battery. How long have you had your headset? If it's under warranty, I would contact Logitech. If its not, then I would check to see if it's the battery.

@lordofthesewers If it is under warranty I would contact Logitech. If not STILL contact them and complain. you'll have a good chance to still get a replacement as a one time customer satisfaction.

I have a same problem I replaced a battery but it didn't help. I updated my G933 with a latest formware (G933Update_v27.exe) but i can't hard reset it. i wonder - "repeat twice" in the unstruction above means I need to do "2 second push" in addition to the first time, so 3 times total?
