It gets hot (106 Fahrenheit) at just running and very hot (like 200 Fahrenheit) when running games or using a browser, tried replacing the fan.
How can i fix this?

MacBook (13-inch, Late 2009)
Processor 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory OWC 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

I would install a good thermal monitoring app like TG Pro depending on the OS-X/macOS your system is running you might need an older version. Post a snapshot of the main window so we can see what’s happening make sure you adjust the window size so all of the sensors and fan are visible (the right hand window slide) you may want to take two snapshots if you have a hard time adjusting the window size Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente that will tell us what needs addressing.
You maybe expecting more than what this system was designed to support. Gaming and even surfing the web can be hard on your system. If you have the 2009 version of the A1342 you can boost the RAM to 8 GB if you have the 201o model you can boost the RAM upto 16 GB! That can help!
One of the things I noted in the TG Pro output is the lack of any fan data so the fan maybe jammed up with dust or not working. @danj i replaced it when i saw the problem, (no affect)
the fan was from a 2012 MBP,
And the fan was cleaned, but no change.
@beanman56 - Well that explains it! You can't use just any fan! You need the correct one - Get the one this system requires.

One of the issues you can encounter is the charging logic is fighting a loosing battle as the battery just can't be charged and as you are also running heavy apps so the system overheats
