What could be wrong with my phone it's incoming calls not all of them but some of them go straight to voicemail again and they don't my phone don't ring

How many signal bars are showing on the screen when you think that you have missed calls etc?
If you're in a bad reception area i.e no signal bars, the phone may lose contact with the phone tower and if the phone can't be contacted the calls will go to voicemail. You shouldn’t be able to call out either if this occurs.
This can sometimes also happen when in buildings or in underground carparks etc. anything that can reduce the amount of signal being sent/received by the phone.

Check that the number hasn't been blocked in the phone's Contacts list

It only happens w one caller who is in my contact list!

On some low cost systems, your home WiFi service is used for phone calls. Unfortunately, in my experience, this part of the service is not always reliable. When I was away from my home, I had no trouble with incoming calls, and when I was at home I could place outgoing calls with no issues. But at home, with incoming calls, the call went straight to voicemail.
In the end, I changed carriers to Consumer Cellular, who doesn't use WiFi connections at home, and y system worked just fine and the price was lower than most other carriers.
