My Kindle 4 has glitched and I don’t know what to do.
My Kindle 4 has glitched so that it has this grey blank area at the bottom of my screen and I can’t read anything because of that. I don’t know what to do, because I’ve tried resetting it multiple times but it hasn’t disappeared! I don’t want to factory reset it though because it was my great-grandma’s.

Can you post a picture? Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente Also, does the problem persist after a power cycle(turning off and back on)?
