Battery not charging, magsafe 2 light not showing

Hi,

The computer's battery is not charging, as described in the picture:

Block Image

The magsafe connector has no light indicating its operation.

I used another connector to test if the problem was in the cable, which is not the case, the other connector also had no light, and in the same way as the previous one I could make the computer work but not charge the battery.

The battery is new, I changed it after I got a message that the old battery needed to be changed. I don't remember exactly, but I am pretty sure that before I changed the battery this problem already existed.

Sometimes, especially when the computer is warm, the connector lights come back on and the computer battery charges normally. This makes me believe that I probably have a hardware problem.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Otherwise the MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2013-Early 2015) MagSafe 2 DC-In Board maybe bad. I would also inspect the logic board connections from the DC-In Board our corrosion on the middle contact as thats the one wire comm link to the charger. Here’s the guide Reemplazo de la placa de entrada de CC MagSafe del MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013
