Why does my tablet shut off after 2 seconds of being on?

What is the model number of the tablet?

Does it do this with the charger connected to the tablet?

If not, then the battery may be failing and needs to be replaced.

Click on the Trio tablet icon to the right of your question to hopefully find your model listed.

If it is click on it to see it it shows how to replace the battery.

If your model is not listed, search on YouTube for Trio (insert model number) battery replacement and see it there is a video showing how to do it for your model.

Batteries are usually available online, just search for Trio (insert model number) battery to find suppliers that suit you.
