Speaker is not working on HP Pavillon x360

When it was charging I accidentally tripped and destroyed the camera and the microphone. The webcam and microphone won’t turn on during Zoom or Google Meet meetings.

What is the full model number of the laptop?

Bit confused as to what is not working or damaged as you say "speaker" not working and that the camera and microphone were destroyed.

So were the camera and microphone physically damaged or are just not working in those two programs.

Have you checked the status of the audio controller and the camera in Device Manager?

Yes I have. This is my dad's computer and it has no cracks. If I put something near it then I touch it- whether on, sleep mode, or off complete off it shocks me. and for some reason it says that Microsoft needs to fix the computer and it happens every time he opens the computer.
