No crank no start but headlights and cab lights work
The problem was when i pulled into the gas station and when trying to turn the key back on after coming out the truck didnt wanna make any noise but the dash lights and gauges worked and after trying to turn the ignition a time or two i had smoke coming from the right side and now all the gauges dont work and still no noise when trying to turn it on

I have a 99 Silverado 2500. No power windows or wipers but the smoke did come from the right side of the engine bay. No problem with the battery that i can tell and have checked starter wires so they seemed to look fine

@pipiny1 " i had smoke coming from the right side" check the wiring to your starter etc. Let us know the exact year and model for your truck and what you have checked. Post plenty of pictures of the area where you think the smoke came from. this sounds electrical so it could be a big job. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente
