Everything else is working fine but I am unsure how to replace the jack to plug it into the computer. Thank you and any help is very appreciated!

John Fl the jack replacement is pretty much the same way as any other headphone jack. Check something like this guide Cómo Reemplazar el Conector de Audio from step 5 on. It is actually pretty straight forward. Only issue with yours will be that you have more wires so you need to mark the wires for their respective location to be resoldered.
