Hi @khalid_ee ,
Is the evaporator unit getting icy cold? Be careful if you touch it as your fingers can literally stick to it. It should be icy cold (-18 C or 0 F)
Are the condenser coils getting warm, (it doesn't have to be hot)? They should because this is where the heat absorbed by the refrigerant as it passes through the evaporator unit is released to the air.
If the evap unit is not getting cold and the condenser is not getting warm then refrigerant is not being pumped through the system or there is not enough of it.
Check for oily residues below the compressor or on the condenser coils as this could indicate a leak of refrigerant. There is a special lubricating oil mixed in with the refrigerant to lubricate the compressor.
If the evaporator unit is not getting very cold then the high and low pressures would have to be tested in the sealed system to determine what and where the problem is.
How old is the refrigerator? Usually, with most manufacturers there is a 5 year warranty on the sealed system which includes the compressor, evaporator, condenser, piping etc but not the labour cost. Maybe worth a look if the fridge is not that old
