White lines and red text?

When my tablet has been dying for the past few days it'll flash the battery with the lightning bolt. That didnt alarm me until earlier today, I thought it was just something with the battery that I could have fixed. My tablet has been dead for several hours but about half an hour ago while it was on the charger, it was still flashing the screen but it stopped. It flashed once but the battery symbol was half put of the left side of the screen. The next time it did it it was super cliche, white horizontal stripes and one line of red text. I didnt read the text because as soon as i saw it I unplugged it. If it happens again in the morning I'm gonna take a picture of it and I'll put that on here as well. I dont think I've clicked any spam links. I'm thinking my tablet is hacked though.
