Is there a Way to Turn on the laptop While the power buttoisnt working

It may be safer to order a new power button board - example only Search online for 749650-001 to find suppliers that suit you best.

Here’s the Maintenance and service guide for the laptop, taken from this webpage. Go to p.46 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to replace the power button board

The other way is to use an Ohmmeter and test which wires from the board are short circuit when the button is pressed and then apply a momentary short circuit to the same wires connector pins on the motherboard where the cable was inserted and hopefully the laptop will start. This is not a very safe thing to do as the laptop has to be opened and you’re working on a motherboard that has power connected to it. If you can get it to start you may have to start it again the same way and get into BIOS on startup and check if there are any options in BIOS > Power Management that may allow you to turn on the laptop by inserting the power adapter e.g. Wake up on AC or similar etc.
