2 iPhone 7 no wifi/ wifi button NOT greyed out
Hey guys
got an issue with an iPhone 7 I just got.
it won’t connect to wifi. I am aware of the hardware issue where the button is greyed out but mine is not. It also “sees” my network. But when I try to connect to it I get a pop up with “unable to join the network xxxxx”. And yes, it’s the right password. All other devices work fine with it and if I create a hotspot I can connect it just fine. Any ideas? Thanks!!
