Where does it not heat? Do you mean the engine, the cabin heater?
Does not overheat? Do you mean the engine temperature gauge is OK or not moving or what?
If the cabin heater have you checked that warm coolant is flowing through the cabin heater radiator by feeling the hoses going in and out through the firewall from the engine to see if they are both the same temp?
