Why is my brush not turning when on
Hoover wind tunnel paws.. Brush does not turn on either suction or btushroll mode.

The brush belt is most probably stretched or broken.
Here’s a link to the parts for a WindTunnel Paws Pet rewind UH70240 if this is your model.
The belt is part #22.
Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the belt.
If you search online for 562289001, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
