My nintendo have overheat

I have a my nintendo switch 1 year and 6 moths, in this time my nintendo switch works perfectly, but one day the screen is freez and the sound similar freez sound, I reset de nintendo and i think was de software so i put my nintendo switch in factory formatting, but is still freezen, I realized the fan is not fuction low power so I change for new fan, is works perfectly my nintendo for 3 days and the fan is not fuction, and today is freezen my nintendo switch, I I’m desperate and sorry for my english.

@ueickmann sounds like it is freezing due to overheating. You replaced the fan already and the way I understand you, it worked for 3 days and after that it started to not work again. Once it overheats it will freeze. Double check your fan to make sure it is a good working fan. You can do that by just applying some external power to the fan. If the fan comes on with external power, you most likely have issues with the PCB. You will need a multimeter to check for voltages to the fan. There are no schematics for the Switch so we will have to rely on your troubleshooting as well as a couple of good pictures off the motherboard, fan etc. and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. If nothing else we may have to figure out how to wire the fan so that it gets power at all times. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente
