Hi,
What is the model number of the laptop?
Have you tried a different compatible charger and checked if the battery charges when using it?
Do you get any light indications (power light etc) when you just connect the charger to the laptop without turning the laptop on?
Does the laptop run on the battery OK or do you need to run it on the charger?
With regards to the keyboard has any liquids been spilled onto the laptop at all?
