iPhone X Wifi module not found

I connected this iPhone X to 3utools, the Wifi address shown up, but can not read Wifi Module type and Module serial #. I'm not able to activate the iphone, error message, can not obtain activation data. I can not activate through Wifi becausa no wifi network found. Do I have wifi antena problem or Wifi chip problem? I assume I have Chip problem, becuase 3uTools can not see Wifi module serial #. But why 3utools able to read both the Wifi and Bluetool address?
