4 Yamaha P45 won’t turn off and mutes sounds randomly.
I have a Yamaha P45 digital piano and it’s not turning off when I hold he power button anymore, I have to unplug the adapter. Another thing is that after I start playing, after some minutes the sound stops playing. The power led is on, but no sound is played. This has been going on for quite some time and I haven’t found anything related on the internet, I even tried calling Yamaha but after over 30 minutes on hold I gave up. Any ideas?

It's been almost 4 years and the problem persists. Does anyone have any idea? It's really troublesome...

This sounds like the main board of the piano is struggling to think…the best thing todo here it take it apart just so that we can see what condition the inside is
If all looks good I would post some images using this guide here
