My iPad had a cracked digitizer so I replaced it with your kit and the repair went smooth. Upon turning it on the screen touches are unresponsive and sporatic. What gives ? My order number is 2030672.

It’s always good to test replacement before installing it to the housing to make sure it works correctly. Usually touch issues on iPads after placing a new digitizer are due to it not sitting flush on the housing as old adhesive wasn’t properly removed and/or flat cable got pinched incorrectly between glass and housing. You are the one who did the job..you should be able to figure if any of these apply in this case.

I was very thorough on removing the adhesive around the perimeter of the housing and the digi cabled tucked nicely from what I saw into the housing as I was closing the Ipad up. I don’t think it could have gone any better. I appreciate the reply sounds like I need to contact support, thank you.
