After cylinder 2 misfire code I changed coil packs and spark plugs twice in case bad part. Now makes a hmmm sound but won’t crank or turn over. Dash lights are on. F250 super duty 5.4 v8.

I would start with confirming the battery is good and well connected. Clean the contacts, etc. Mostly focus on the starter, since you should hear it trying to turn the engine over whether the spark plugs are setup correctly or not.
