How is the speaker connected to the laptop, WiFi or BT?
Have you got the latest WLAN and/or BT drivers installed in the laptop?
Ensure that the drivers are the ones for the specific WLAN or BT adapter in the laptop and that they are the laptop manufacturer's drivers and not the generic installed OS WLAN or BT drivers.
Is the program that you use to play the music on the laptop the latest updated version of the program?
Has the speaker got the latest software installed?
