W123 coupe - manual or instruction to replace rubber seal

Im looking to replace all my rubber seals around my doors and windows .

I also already bought some new seals to replace the old one.

I Found on internet videos but only for sedan car and is not the same.  for example in coupe car  the seal in the rear windows is not so much easy to replace and if you dont install it good the rear window dont go up and down straight.

Do Has anybody know about video or manual about it ?
