Hello! I had a serious problem with my Iphone 5s with corrosion under my CPU, and i tried reballing solution. But when i tryed heating up the cpu, with my hot air gun, but this instrument gets to high temperatures very hard, so while increasing temperature i got my cuurer blade under the frirst layer of cpu, and smacked the corner of it. Could i replace the RAM or whats on the first layer? And what could be another cause of phone booting loop. Thanks for help. Have a great day!

Hi. As far as I know, the RAM in iPhones is presoldered and as such is impossible to replace unless you are an AASP or possess very expensive repair tools. You might be able to get another motherboard off of eBay or similar, but you would probably be better off just getting a new iPhone.

@xapple15 Depending on how much the pictures are worth to you I'd seriously consider handing your phone to a _very_ reputable lab for data recovery and then cross your fingers. Corrosion means liquid damage and now on top of that you have the RAM layer strolling around the SoC. You're not gonna make it on your own, whatever you try, you have thousands solder joints to align perfectly in a chip that's a little over a cm2. That's more than a challenging task even for the best Pros on earth. If photos importance is "so and so" you can get a new RAM from a dead board and try, AFAIK it doesn't have a serial to be matched to the board. BTW, if you go for data recovery, consider the cost will be in the region of the several hundreds $/€.

I would suggest placing this in an ultrasonic cleaner in a solution of Bransons. If you do not have this available you might try calling some computer repair shops. This would be a much safer means of cleaning it.
