wont turn on. Magsafe stay orange. No fan spin. Fuse and 1 cap is dead

820-00165-A board. No liquid damage. No corrosion.

Putting magsafe charger, it turns orange and it stays that all the time. Even without the battery. Macbook is not turning on as well as fans.

Logic board has short on Fuse F7140.

Also when shorting that fuse manually i’ve found that one of capacitors are getting really hot (C7370).

Before I get that capacitor out is there something else I should look for ? I’m kinda noobie at “reading” schematics as well as this is kind of first time troubleshooting a logic board.
