Well when I had the back off and I plugged it back in all the LEDs we're flashing off and on at the same time. I can only see the left side of my screen the right side and I have to wait for the flash to be able to see it I'm not familiar with these kind of TVs

@voiceogold that sounds like either the backlight or the power board. Proceed by removing the back and check the power board. Post some images.

@oldturkey03 I will do that. .also I noticed I can see the left side but not the right side until all the LEDs flash at once. Another note. It was hanging 6 ft up in my man cave .when the hurricane came through last year there was 3feet of water in the room . I had to clean off some wet insulation from the front. But no

water damage inside it worked for about 2 weeks after I cleaned it up. But now. No

@voiceogold it really sounds like a power board/led backlight array issue. This "not the right side until all the LEDs flash at once" looks like other no power to the backlight array or a bad array itself.

@oldturkey03 I added pics but don't see them. I added them to original post...

@voiceogold LG has issues with bad LED arrays. Capacitors are no longer the #1 reasons for failure. Since you are not saying which LED's I would suggest you let us know exactly which LED's (Display?) are flashing. If it is the power LED’s etc check the power board voltages and let us know what those are. Post some good pictures of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Where do I check the voltage at on the power board. I'm assuming it's DC

Yes it is. Let me see if I can find a schematic or at least a good image to show where to measure

Ok thank you. Very much

I've been reading a lot about the LG and a lot of people are complaining at their LEDs go out after about two to two-and-a-half years. Seems like LG has a lot of problems with this. Like I said when I take the back cover off and then plug it back in you can see all the LEDs flashing I haven't taken the other covers off to actually look at the LEDs to make sure they're all working. It would be nice if it was just the power board

@voiceogold sure looks like a failed LED backlight array. Again measure the voltages from the powerboard to the LED's and see what you get. If they are similar to each other it is most likely the array.
