@bobbyk3053 The E3 code indicates a drain problem.
You need an air gap on the drain hose and make sure the bucket is installed properly. If the drain line is not blocked then the most likely cause of the error is a problem with the drain pump.

don’t understand what you mean by air gap. It was working for a year and now it’s not. The pump and the water in it is clean.
Unplug it, wait 10 minutes and it will reset once it's plugged back in...

What are the model numbers of the dehumidifiers?
If they're brand new contact the manufacturer's customer support about the problem as they may have to be repaired under warranty if it isn't a simple fix.
