No video but has audio

Cody Head we need more information from you. Start off by telling us the exact model of your TV and what it is or is not, doing. Since this is a new TV you do want to consider returning it. Errors like this do not get better by waiting. Also, make sure that everything is properly connected and let us know if the TV has ever worked for you.

Routinely the first thing to try would be to shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen with the TV on and audio. See if you can make out silhouettes etc. If so you know the issue is your backlight. If not then take the back off your TV and check the boards. With a meter you can check the output voltage from the power board to the LED backlight. Remember that the main board tells the power board to turn the backlight on. If those voltages are okay you may have a bad main board, bad t-con board or a bad panel (unlikely). Again, we need more information from you. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente
