I have an iPhone SE but I ordered a 5S screen by mistake and I have been trying to make it fit but it would not fit correctly. Then I realized that I had an SE phone and a 5S screen so I campared them to a 5S that is broken and they seem to be identical. But I would like to know if the screen can fit or should I buy an SE screen ?

An iPhone 5S screen will work in an iPhone SE. Some lower quality aftermarket screens may exhibit some problems but better quality screens will work properly.

Yes I have read that in the forum. But this screen works great when I connect it to the phone. No issues with touch or anything. It works great. The only problem is I cant get it to fit right and I first thought that it was the camera that was not properly put together or something. But I did it over again but same issue.
@besmak If the reason it doesn't fit is a bumped housing you have to straighten it for the screen to fit. If that isn't sufficient you may gently sand off the lcd edges with very fine sand paper, some screens are lightly bigger than needed. I suspect worn out molds are the reason for that.
@arbaman Do I sand off all around the screen or just where it doesnt fit?
@besmak Usually a little sanding on top and bottom of the screen is sufficient to reach the result, but if you feel too much pressure from the sides when putting it in place a little can be done on the sides too. Mind not to oversand it, watch out the frame thickness too comparing distance from the glass.
